Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Edewor & Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our Services
Edewor & Co provides corporate legal services including company incorporation and registration, business name registration, trademark services, annual returns filing, post-incorporation changes, compliance services, and legal consultation.
Section 03
Client Registration & Accounts
Registration for our services requires accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your information up to date.
Section 04
Fees & Payment
Professional fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government fees and disbursements are billed as invoiced.
Late payments may attract interest charges.
Section 05
Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, respond promptly to enquiries, pay fees when due, and comply with all applicable laws.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by government agencies.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. Indirect, consequential, and force majeure damages are excluded.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, logos, and other materials — is the property of Edewor & Co and protected by intellectual property law.
Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Section 08
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality over client information, in keeping with legal professional privilege and applicable data protection law.
Section 09
Termination
Either party may end the engagement by written notice.
On termination, outstanding fees become due immediately, and documents are returned upon settlement of what is owed.
Section 10
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, mediation, or arbitration under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Section 11
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
