Personal information: name, email address, phone number, postal address, government-issued identification, date of birth, nationality, occupation, company and business information, payment and billing details, and records of our communications.

If you book a consultation, we also collect the time you choose and the subject you give for the meeting. You give that subject before you become a client: we use it to run our conflict check and to prepare for the hour, so tell us what the matter is about and no more than that.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device details, pages visited, time spent, referral source, and cookies.

We use your information to provide and improve our legal services, process applications with government agencies, communicate with you about your matters, send service updates, process payments, and maintain accounts.

We also use it to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, analyse and improve our services, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to perform the services you have engaged us for), legal obligation (to meet regulatory requirements), legitimate interests (to improve our services and communicate with you), and consent (for marketing communications and optional services).

We share information with government agencies (the CAC, the Trademarks Registry, and others) as required for your applications; with service providers who help us deliver services (payment, cloud storage, email, and appointment booking); with professional advisors where necessary for legal or audit purposes; and with regulatory authorities or under court order where required by law.

Our consultation page books through Cal.com, which runs the calendar and holds the name, email address and subject you enter when booking. Opening that page loads the calendar from Cal.com, so your IP address and browser reach them whether or not you go on to book. If you would rather not use it, write to us at the contact address instead and we will arrange a time by email.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing purposes.

We apply technical and organisational safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, regular security assessments, and staff training.

No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

Identification documents and general records are kept for seven years. Company and statutory documents — certificates of incorporation, memoranda and articles, filed returns, financial statements, tax receipts and board resolutions — are kept for twelve years, because they remain evidence of a company's position long after the filing that produced them.

You may access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent.
